En mi caso despues de muchas vueltas me di cuenta de que tenia errores en el visor de sucesos en 'sistema'. Me decia algo de configurar el parametro irpstacksize. Buscando en Google vi que estaba en el registro en HKEY Local MachineSystemcurrentcontrolsetserviceslanmanagerparameter y que su valor puede estar entre 11 y 20. Ejecutas el regedit navegas hasta esa cadena, y cambias el valor a 18 por ejemplo, y en mi caso funciono perfecto pagina original de referencia: http://www.adslayuda.com/foro-viewtopic-t-57090.html.

Tengo el mismo problema para poder instalar el windowsintaller, yo ya cree el registro IRPStackSize y he puesto desd 11 14 15 18 20 y no me deja instalarlo igualment me sale el mismo mensaje 'espacio de almacenamiento insuficiente para procesar este comando'. Mi laptop tiene sistema de 64 bits x cierto y es vista. Oh una cosa al momento de crear IRPStackSize en valor de word elegi en(64bits), o debo elegir en (32bits)????.
